Students present ID card idea to Margot James MP and The Stourbridge Educational Trust (TSET)
Year 11 GCSE Citizenship have been working on the concept of an Identity Card for young people under the age of 16. The group discussed their idea with Councillor Colin Wilson and with Margot James MP, who both supported the initiative. To publicise their idea further the group presented at the Stourbridge Education Trust meeting on Friday 27 January. Members were very impressed with the students work undertaken so far and encouraged to see that the Year 11 team will be handing the project over to the Year 10 Citizenship group to continue developing the idea further.
