PTC Budding Chefs compete in the Springboard FutureChef competition
Students serve up delicious meals in just one hour!
Several of our Year 10 GCSE Catering students went head to head on 13th October in the PTC heat of the Springboard FutureChef competition to cook a main meal that costs no more than £5. The meal had to be cooked and served within just one hour. Springboard's FutureChef is a 4 stage UK culinary Competition & Programme inspiring 12-16year olds to explore food & cooking as a life skill.
After a long deliberation, our judges selected two winners, Ellie Williams and Thomas Hindmarch, who will now go through to the regional heat which takes place on 7th January 2016 in Worcester.
