As part of our standard fire drill, evacuation, lockdown and safety procedures we are currently staging a mock lockdown of the college site. This is a test and ensures that staff and students are familiar with the procedure and confident in the process. We will update this webpage as soon as the test procedure is complete.

A Star is Born – Anna wins Scholarship to Stagecoach!

Multi talented Anna blows the judges away at out Talent Show!

Student Anna Barnard blew the judges away at Pedmore Technology College and Community School’s Talent show recently.  Anna showed that she had a many different talents as she played piano, acted and sang her way to success.  The show saw student magicians, comedians, dancers, actors, singers and musicians battle it out to impress the audience and judges on the night.  One of the judges, Louise Lenihan from Stagecoach came along with a very special prize – a terms free scholarship from Stourbridge’s Stagecoach Performing Arts, a highly recognised national organisation that offers tuition/workshops in the performing arts from age 2 to 15+.     Anna in Year 8 at Pedmore said, “I was amazed when the judges announced my name as the winner of the competition, it’s fantastic!  I do take piano lessons regularly but I really enjoy getting involved and trying other aspects of the performing arts too.  I’m so excited to start my scholarship and learning new skills from professional performers/tutors and getting to know and work with the other Stagecoach students at the Stourbridge Club.  I would encourage anyone to have a go if they enjoy singing, dancing or any other type of stage performance – you never know where it might lead”.  To find out more about Stagecoach Stourbridge, click here
